I think the library is important to the community because: Libraries nourish communities intellectually but also as a gathering place and community hub. A vibrant library is vital to a healthy and vibrant community.
I was inspired to become a member of the board because: I simply want to contribute to the community in which I live and set an example for my children about the value of volunteerism.
My favorite way to use the library is: I enjoy reading hard cover books and also enjoy the DVDs of TV series.
